What the program is
VaultLabs Partners is a B2B fulfillment channel operated by VaultLabs For Laboratories Chemicals Trading L.L.C. You operate the customer-facing business; we operate intake, warehouse handling, and dispatch for qualifying research-material orders sent through the API. This subdomain is not a retail shop and not a copy of www.vaultlabs.shop.

Is this a shop where partners buy products?
No. partner.vaultlabs.shop is the Partners program site. Your customers buy on your website. This portal is for partnership info, API access, and order tracking.
Who takes payment?
You do — on your own checkout. After payment, your system sends the order to VaultLabs via API with paymentCollected: true, and we fulfill.
Where do we fulfill from?
VaultLabs handles packing and UAE dispatch. Status updates appear in your partner portal (and optionally via webhook).
What about labels and packaging?
Share your label and box specs with VaultLabs commercially so inventory and branding can be aligned before volume launches.
How do we get started?
Apply for a corporate partner account below. You get an API secret once, then your developers follow the Integration guide in the portal.
